The duty for tracking and monitoring scholar progress is centered around University Office of Education and Curriculum for coordination and activation. At University end of every curriculum phase, University Associate Dean for Education and Curriculum monitors student files from each curriculum year exam determine which scholars, if any, are in potential or real educational issue and counsels them hence. Throughout year one and year two, University Student Progress Committee similarly displays all students development. At University end of year two, University Chair of University Student Progress Committee takes note of these students whose functionality would indicate capability problems in year three These come with those students deeply committed exam University buffer period in addition to others with individual deficiencies. During University scientific years, monitoring occurs after each clerkship. When deficiencies are noted either in writing or through oral discussion, in any area of University students skills, capability or conduct, these deficiencies may be mentioned not only with University pupil, but also with University director of University next clerkship for which University scholar is scheduled.
